Dream Maker problem
No Sound

I have been making some dreams with sound
but in the past week 2 dreams I tried to make
with sound I'm getting NO sound. 
Dream Maker 3 is not converting the sound now
I re-downloaded Dream Maker and still NO sound
Any idea on the fix for this ?

The support link won't log me in
to submit a request , say's invalid
e-mail or password .
I'm logged into WC and all other
screens with this user name / e-mail account / and password .
now what ?

Don't worry about logging in, just go through the prompts to submit a ticket.

FYI - I did go to my stardock account to check my
account my email is correct
but not my password , guess I forgot what it is .
can you email me my password that is on file so
I can set a new password , please and thanks ?

Like I said elsewhere, IslandDog doesn't hang out on WinCustomize just to make the site pretty.
