Dave's been here forever.....he's a good bloke [and that counts]....
It's not a seasonal promotion...but a specific one...that was met with a crescendo of agreement from all....

My Goodness I have been out all morning helping my sister. Words can't explain what this means to me. Best I can say is thank you so much and also to all who have offered me congrats. My goodness I'm over whelmed with joy. Must say this has brought tears to my old eyes.
