WinCustimize doesn't work on my machine

Whenever I try to log into my account on the WinCustimize Browser the comp. gives me an error message saying system cannot find the specified file! does anyone know how to fix this (I tried redownloading the file)

You may want to send a full report (including actual error dialogue and your computer setup including Windows version) to [email protected] since WC is not an official means for support.
