Problem on start button

How to settle this problem with the button start, I get a black square that flash back all the time. I have windows 7 and I use to create my 8.05 windowblind skin.

Very sorry Tim and anyone else looking.
The start button kept flashing. What I found was some animation code in the Horizontial Taskbar/Background. Just has Denis take it out and all is fine now.
Loop=0
MouseEnterStartFrame=1
MouseOverStartFrame=1
MouseOverStopFrame=105
AnimTimerRate=20

Sorry I make an animation on the taskbar, but I removed and I forget to remove the codes
