Adding touch keyboard shortcut to object dock 2.1

I have object dock installed on a tablet and I would like to add a shortcut that calls the touch keyboard to open. The file associated with this function is taptip.exe. I created a shortcut of this application on my desktop. I then moved the shortcut to the dock. When I try to run the shortcut, get an error message that the file location is invalid? Not sure what's going on...
I'm running W8.1 64
