Now 36 hours of work into the design of this skin, and I think it's looking good! Let me know what you think, have a look at the updated main post screenshot. Love the wall I found for it too!

Tom, I love the colors in this theme! I so love darker themes. You never cease to amaze!

Changed the explorer background to be darker instead of white, looks great! Check out the OP screenshot.

I like this design and the colors. Don't suppose the texture on the start menu would work on the taskbar?
