skin rateings ...

ok this prolly been asked a zillion times but .......i uploaded a couple of screen shots and it says they have a rateing of 7 an 8 whas that mean ?? is 1 the werst ??? ekk i stink !!! hehehe i looked all over but couldnt get any clear answers in the help sections ..

The rating might change as the ppl view and make their own rating.
IMO the monitors are a tough critics that gives out low ratings.
I wish they would put a list of what criteria they look for when making a rating.
I know usability is not one because some 10 rated skins are really hard to read the text and have errors that are not easily seen. Example, add the desktop to the task-bar on some 10 rated skins and see if the font is readable.

Sally...in those cases make sure any included fonts are installed as well....has a bearing on the skin's 'success'...

I was about to ask that...I only see where you can post a comment to each skin...but not where you can rate it.

Users with a rank of Journeyman or above can rate skins, according to the About page. https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?Cmd=about

Apprentice and above can rate, plus level 4 people can rate also.
