My vision for windows, how can I achieve it ?

This is a vision that I have of windows, simple, slick, and nice looking.
Need to be able to modify logo as you wish.
How can I achieve this theme ?????

You could also try the transparency setting in WindowBlinds.

Make a skin with skinstudio next to Transparent on desired parts....maybe?
