What happened to my xion skins?

I have xion on my pc. It had many skins which I downloaded and installed, up until yesterday. Then I only had one. What happened to the others...anyone else come across this problem? OS is windows7, 64 bit.
I looked in the folder and no skins are there.

Sorry I wasn't clear. I had about 20 skins in the player, then just one skin. Anyway, thank you for your help! I just uninstalled xion, re installed and then downloaded the skins again. So far everything is there, hasn't disappeared.

You know maybe we should compare the skins we downloaded...maybe one of them was set to vaporize the other skins. Well I'm all out of ideas.

I don't recall downloading one called Christmas Eve Nuclear Fusion.. 
maybe it was one of 2of3's Borg ones....

More weirdness! I had to go look to see if mine were still there, they are. After searching for the skin folder that is. I didn't know where it was.

About that folder, is it someplace other than with the other xion stuff? Just in case this happens again!

Yup! I keep a backup of all SD skins.......someplace.

And then after rendering an image, going to the folder that holds those images, what do I find but and Xion folder that includes all the skins I thought were lost, and 2 other folders. For some reason they are in a folder that I created for the renders, nothing to do with Xion. So I guess could be gremlins in my pc!!

Yup! I keep a backup of all SD skins.......someplace.
Of course, Xion isn't an SD skin....

Yes but I equate Xion with SD because there is a gallery for them. In my dl folder I have a folder called WC where all of my skins are located. In that folder there are ones for each app. Windowblinds, Objectdock, Deskscapes, Iconpackager and Wallpapers. Rainlendar, Rainmeter and Sysmetrix (not SD skins either) and Xion. The only ones I don't have aside from Fences are the ones made for Win 8 and 8.1. These I call my backups.

Had that issue testing one once months ago [for moderation]...could download it...but nothing I did would see it show up. Same OS, btw.
