Like the title says.
I'm getting a blank window here and no way to edit the colors section.

SKS 8.0 BETA

I made sure that it wasn't the skin applied by enabling Aero and unloading WB.

Tim, I'm using WindowBlinds version 8.01 and SKS version 8 (it doesn't say beta anywhere I can find). I know there is a new version of WindowBlinds 8.92 but I haven't upgraded to that yet.
Sorry this isn't going to help you but I actually had your problem about a year ago. The entire color section was just blank. I didn't have a lot of the WB completed so I decided to just start over with another new one and never had the problem again. So I'm not sure your version is actually causing the problem but the experts will be back Monday I guess.
I think you should upgrade to the latest version, open you skin in it and hopefully all will be fine.

I opened an older skin in sks and I can see the colors. Others (also older) not. Doesn't seem to be a pattern to this.

Quoting DaveBax, reply 3I think you should upgrade to the latest version, open you skin in it and hopefully all will be fine.
The beta would be the latest, I think....nothing newer listed in ODM.
I'm a bit confused but heck I'm like that a lot. Actually Th reason I'm saying that is because you say you are using 8.0 beta. An no where does it say beta on my version. Just says 8.0
Now I'm no expert but I would uninstall SKS and install it again and see what happens. Heck you have nothing to loose. Other than that Tim like I said it happened to me once and I completely deleted that wB and put my graphics in a new when when I started all over. I may have installed it and reinstalled it but can't remember if i did or not.
You want to send me that skin and I will see it it works ok in my SKS. Think you have my email if not pm me and will send it to you.

Did this to me on a lot of skins once too, I had to press the Revert section to defaults button and redo all the colors. SKS7, and now SKS8 has a LOT, and I do mean a LOT, meaning a LOT! of problems, and apparently no one at Stardock cares, because a LOT of the issues have been reported in the past and have never been fixed.

Good advice, Dave.
Looks like I had the 8.0 Beta installed. Uninstalled that and reinstalled using ODM. Works now!
Now if we could ever get the other crap fixed.......

That includes all the sections in the dropdown.
If I click on the blank area, I get one color (black) with the label "unknown color". You cannot edit that color either.
