Guys, last night DX wouldn't load. I got the error you see below. I have since reinstalled thrice, cleaning as I went. No good. Still getting the error.

I'd really like to get this resolved. It's been going on too long. Please, no hecklers. It's a support thread.

Try to right-click on My Computer | Properties | Advanced | Performance | Settings | Data Execution Prevention, and add your application to the exception list, see if this helps

Thanks Zu. I have fixed it for now, but it'll happen again, happens every month or so.
I ran ASC pro, and CCleaner, then manually cleaned DesktopX out of the registry. Rebooted. Then reinstalled. I set DX to run as admin, Vista SP2 Comp. Mode.
Working now. I did just set DEP per your instructions, so maybe it won't happen again.
