Simple question about desktop x

When I place the email icon on my desktop, it works great. However, when I restart my computer, they disappear, and I have to reload. How can I fix this?

It is an object, and that option is not there.
It is an object, which means it's running "inside" a desktop. So, save the desktop as theme.
Also, set DesktopX to run at startup.

Now, as long as it's running when you restart, it should run with windows.
BTW, What OS are you running, and what version of DesktopX?

Of course, you could export it as a widget and run it without a desktop.

You must save the desktop before you restart, if it's a theme.
If it's a gadget or widget, right click it, choose properties, start with windows.
