Theme won't stay loaded

When I load a theme in windowblinds the next time I log on it has gone and I am left with the default windows theme meaning that every time I want a theme loaded I have to reload it. Can anyone help please.

Im not sure about that.. cuz DesktopX, and iconpackager, u can still use it when its shareware.. only if u make it open when startup
