Tweak7 update

I did a search of the forums, couldn't find anything recent....
Is there a list anywhere of what has been changed or updated in this new release?

Open SDC, click on the little gear, top right. Select Settings/Hide software. Put a checkmark on Tweak 7 and save.

and.... Is there anyway to keep it from showing up on the updates section after I've updated already
