The only Patriotic thing on my PC is a logon(Defending Freedom). I'am sorry to say that I havent given it much thought. I live with it everyday at work (POST OFFICE). SO it is always on my mind, so it makes it hard to get into the day. I hope that makes sense.

SHC- you sound as old as me when I used to run. Don't do that anymore. Walk instead 6-8 miles a day.

LadyWolf doesn't run.
but i do mtn. bike and enjoy that and yes, walking is very good ... my dogs like that ...
vacation's over aye Wise? ack ... well, they do come to an end for sure. this is actually my third one this year -- i've taken advantage of my time! after this, a few days at xmas and vacation time is all gone. HOWEVER, the new year is just a step away after that and i get to do it all over again -- haha.
i love NOT working ... which reminds me, i need to go buy a lottery ticket ...
but i do mtn. bike and enjoy that

Well thats what i do since i became a diabetic back in May. Keeps me active and the pounds are slowly melting away
