Pinning programs on the XP start menu.

At the top of the XP start menu (where broswer and e-mail are), is it possible to put them there properly (with the use and program underneath), such as having:
MAILLOGO E-Mail
MAILLOGO Microsoft Outlook
BROWSELOGO Internet
BROWSELOGO Internet Explorer
NEROLOGO Burning Software
NEROLOGO Nero - Burning Rom

Hmm, incase you are wondering i didn't mean for there to be two icons. Look on the start menu and you'll c wot i mean ( I Hope )
