I am very new to this so here goes:
I picked a theme and downloaded it after it downloaded I double clicked on it to install it but it did not show up in my Theme manager "where is it"
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Instead of using Theme Manager download the different skins individually. Theme Manager has been broken for some time but it is being worked on.

This has been a known problem for 'suites' for some time.
