OP Dropdown Error

Coders that be, I have a problem. IE9
When clicking the OP's name for the dropdown, then clicking to send a Message, I get this:

I see the same thing Jim using IE 9. 
Just to be clear, I only see that clicking on the nick in the OP, clicking on the nick in a reply shows the old format.

definitely an issue on the second page.
This is the point of the post. I see the first pic may have confused the issue. Sorry.

I think it is supposed to do that now Jim with the recoding on the site, I like the new drop down, but definitely an issue on the second page.
