Left click drag "Create Fence From these icons"

I just purchased the pro version of Fences after trying the demo version for the last few months. After purchasing, I noticed that the latest version intercepts left click drags with a "Create Fence From these icons", and I do not see any option to turn this feature off.
Please tell me it is possible to disable this feature! It is just too invasive for my taste.
