masterskin upload NOT SHOWING as masterskin when first upload

I submitted a new masterskin tonight, and to my horror , it was approved as a normal skin.. (not master)
I had to delete it and resubmit it, then suddenly it showed up as a master skin.
can someone please look into this? I still also have to reupload many times for normal uploads as the first ones go straight to moderation.

Since there has been so much trouble with this master skin upload and people bought it, and people said they had trouble with the purchase, and then now its gone again from the gallery. I decided to reuploaded it.
Since there had been so many problems, and it didnt have much of a chance on front page (cause it was gone most of the time) can the date be reset so it has a new shot on front page?

Kitty, I don't know what's going on but you have, or rather WC has, a serious problem here. I have been waiting anxiously for your new skin to show up on the site, and for me it never has and I check the site several times a day. I went back to October 26th looking and there is nothing from you being submitted or listed on the site since then. The last skin I see on the site from you is Euphoria.
Is anyone else seeing her new Master skin? What's the name of it?

I did see it. If I'm not mistaken, it's a cursor called Oblivion. (Which would be fitting, since it seems to have gone there...lol.)
