Stardock Tiles reserved Screen Issue

I seem to have a small issue with Tiles.
Problem:
-Tiles does not keep its reserved space on the side. Which causes windows to go behind it while maximized.
Reproduce:
-The issue happens when I exit out of a full screen game or app.
-Windows 8 Pro 64Bit
