How do I use skins ♪

I foundsomepretty kool skins on this site but i don't know how to use them wanna change the way the log on is but i can't find the fileto replace can someone please help me!!!!!!

If for this website, look on the left navbar under the "Options" header and click on the "Themes Manager" link. It will bring up a page that allows you to scroll through the different "themes", or skins, currently available for this site.
If, however, you mean the "Logons" for winXP, I think it is, I am not familiar with it...although you can probably find the logon files and manually hack them out if you know the file type and approximate location. I am not familiar with the XP file system, although it probably isn't too different than the previous versions, like a WIN?? folder under the main system older, or something.

if You want to skin apps on Your computer, just go to zhe skins section library and look in the 'about' section at the top. It leads You to the program needed for the skins. as a quick start You can change logons for XP (!) with this program. https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/
