I need some Help with Next Start Fast...Thanks

Whenever I download a theme that has NextStart, it says that its not on my machine, and when I go to download it it says the url is wrong...I need help with this, cause I cant figure out how to implement Nextstart...

read the documents and make sure you've dl'd nextstart
