Win 8 Taskbar Beta download error

So. I see that there is a download in my list for Start8 and since I've been using Windows 8 more with the beta testing for the game I am participating I download it. Go to install and run it and get this message: "This version of Start 8 for Windows 8 has expired" 
Now what? And if it is expired, why is it in my list?

The OP probably should have been under Stardock Support.
