A theme I have wanted to do for a long time, never got around to it, until now.
Spent quite a bit of time on just the start menu...
Might just enter GUIC.. who knows.. 
Will post more as I go...

Windows 8 will be out a month before GUIC submissions are closed.
If you skinnin for all, it might be tough to learn how to polish that turd in such a short amount of time.

One more complaint [read - great advice] ....change it to '2013'.

haha.. that just kills me.. every time... 
U know.. I think this could definitely benefit from a Right Click skin.. even if its only in ur screenshot.
...took the screenshot before I changed the font.
