Cant download

Ive purchased Deskscapes awhile back and thinking of purchasing WindowsBlinds. Everytime i try to download either a dream or a theme it says ive reached my download limit.. can someone tell me how i can fix this or get in touch with someone who can?

It looks like your purchase is under a different account than what you are logging in with, which is why you are seeing the limit. If you don't remember the other account, please email [email protected] to get it fixed. If you do remember it, you can merge your accounts here: https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/

Please log off of WinCustomize, clear your browser's cookies, and log on again.
