Why is it taking so long to process my order i thought when you paid you got link straight away

And..... it won't speed anything up. You should have just added your problem at the bottom of the post you linked to. No matter.
Just continue in this thread... use the reply bo at the bottom of the thread.

It is the holiday weekend. You won't receive a reply from a person until Monday or Tuesday. The first reply (today) will be the autoreply. Don't answer it. Keep it because it has your ticket number.
Only reply after you get an email from an actual person in support.
