registrations disappear on stardock store

I am trying to redownload purchased software and when I mouseover the registration number it disappears. Subsequently I am unable to activate any of the programs. This is extremely frustrating.

Using firefox. Just used SDC and solved the problem.

What browser are you using?
You can also try using SDC. It stores your serials too.
