Well, it's me oldest friends birthday (in Oz). Won'r be until 0001 here, but in Pyrate time, it's time to set sail on the "Twisted Sister" for booty and more booty (no nastiness now, me lads pieces o' eight are jus' tha')!

Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes, I truly appreciate them. I would like to thank you all individually, but my poor old arthritic hands get writers cramp - yes, WRITER'S cramp - and I didn't get any of that cure-all snake oil fer me birfday.
Yeah, it's sad that the young uns don't appreciate the aged for our experience and wisdom... the fact that we have SEEN things. Like Shaunna when she said that I was as old as dirt, and I said that, as a lad, I can remember when it was clean. Well didn't that start the great debate... that I could remember when it was clean... that it only got dirty over time. Well there was no convincing her, but we did agree on one thing... it was a very pleasant day.
My mother and sister came over for Sunday brunch and we had a lovely meal together. It's so nice to have loved ones around, and there was no better day for it than yesterday [Oz time]. The weather was great, the food was scrumptious and the company was the best.
