Stardock Central v 2.70 does not show my Object Desktop subscription

Thursday, April 26, 2012 by sophiesboy | Discussion: Stardock Central Support

I last renewed my OD subscription on 12-2-2011.

Order number 2149536

Paypal confirm number 2UD71599HW3663542

According to the "view subscriptions" function, I am not subscribed.

The database shows that you are fine.  We'll figure out what's going on in teh morning.  Are you able to see your products for download or update?

In any case, you can get your stuff from the web store while we figure this out.  Thanks for reporting it!

I missed this thread sorry, my WinCustomize is ok but it shows no Object Desktop subcription for me.  It shows correctly on My Account/My Downloads page.

My WC and ODNT subs are both showing, with correct dates. Just a FYI.

The dates being wrong or off should not prevent you from using Stardock Central or the products in your OD subscription. I'll look into it in the morning and see what's going on.

3 days later, still not fixed. But then, the site problems probably take precedence.

Edited due to confusion.

Everything is showing correctly in mine.  And thanks again Jim for the gift!

Oops...everything except ObjectZip...which I use on my xp rig. (wish you guys would update that for 7...it always worked great!)

Patience, my friend Is this actively preventing you from using Stardock Central or your software?

A fix was just applied on our end that should have fixed any Object Desktop subscription problems. Please check the "View Subscriptions" popup in Stardock Central and verify that it is accurate.

For me my subscription shows up, but still can't download anything, not getting any kind of download links listed for my OD subscription (which is currently running until 10/5/2013), not in Stardock Central or on the webpage :sadpanda:

Edit: Seems like it was so that even though I extended the OD subscription on my currently used email for the Stardock account and so, it was still only working with the old email that I used once upon a time to buy Object Desktop, but after transferring the subscriptions on that application, all is listed again

mine shows nothing it says I have no subscriptions and it hasn't detected that the programs are installed :/

also why does the program install to C:\Users\(windows account name)\AppData\Local\stardock\StardockCentral

why wouldn't it install into program files? :/
