need help making taskbar transparent

how can i make the taskbar transparent on winxp, i have seen it in screenshots you know so you can see the desktop through the taskbar ill get you a link once i can find a pic

anyone know if it's a setting i can set or will i need to edit my current skin and find a way to make it transparent?

There is no way to make any taskbar transparent with WindowBlinds...yet
