HAVING UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED FOUR TIMES IAM
STILL UNABLE TO USE THE PROGRAM.I HAVE DOWNLOADED THREE LOG ON ZIP FILES BUT SEEM UNABLE TO GET THEM ONTO THE LOG ON STUDIO, AVAILABLE LOGONS SCREEN
CAN ANYBODY OFFER ME ANY ADVICE?

well, hate to state the obvious, but it is for windows xp. are you running xp?

while we are answering questions about logonxp, does it turn off file protection?

I think it'll work just fine if you would just turn off your caps lock key
