Request for support for Multiple Virtual Desktops With DeskScape
Monday, March 26, 2012 by DR460N | Discussion: New Releases
First post here.
I am hopeing someone from stardock can suggest this but there are many apps like Deskspace, Cube 3d etc that allow for more then one desktop.
I'm really surprised Stardock has nothing like this.
My situation.
I have more then one monitor/tv.
I use deskspace to have 6 different desktops and using display fusion to have different wall paper on each monitor for each of the 6 desktops.
I buy Deskscape which is awesome. (also converts scapes to wmv which is nice. allows for different Animations for each monitor (Great).
cant switch to other desktop 2-6 cus when you go back animation freezes. have to reapply normal wallpaper then reapply animation. as well impossable to have different animations for each of the desktop. Be nice to have an all in one package that supports more then 1 desktop and animated desktops.
Shock 4way 3d does Multple desktops but doesnt support pulti monitor or multiple animations on each desktop.
Anyone have a solution for me or knows of software that can do this?
Thanks

The animation will stop when you change desktops as you have a tool changing the wallpaper on switching. A wallpaper change always disables DeskScapes.
Having a unique dream per desktop isn't likely to be possible because of the overhead involved in switching dreams each time you switched desktop.
