Personal Site and Favorites Issues

Do you have to pay for a subsciption to be able to have a Personal Site and to be able to add Favorites? I have purchased several programs from Stardock and after I purchased those items, I went to Wincustomize and the site said that since I had purchased items from Stardock, I could have a free account. But, when I click on the "My Site" button, I get an error message that says,"Inernet Explorer cannot access this page". Also when I try to add Favorite skins, I get sent to a page that says,"Sorry, you currently do not have the appropriate access to use the add favorite skin function. In order to use this feature you must first activate your WinCustomize Personal Page.To activate your WinCustomize Personal Page visit "Personal Site" tab in your settings. Once you have created your personal page you will then be able to add favorite skins to your site." The problem with that is, there is no "Personal Site" tab in my settings. I have searched the Forums and someone said that you have to pay for a subscription to be able to have access to your "Favorites" or your "Personal Site". I don't mind paying for a subscription if that is the case, even though I already have an account with Stardock and Wincustomize, but I don't want to pay for a subscription and still not be able to add a "Favorite" or not to have access to a "Personal Site". I also tried to upload package items to Wincustomize, but they do not appear anywhere on the site. Several other people have had this same problem in the forums, so if someone could please "Shed some Light" on this problem, not only me,but others would surely appreciate it. Thanks.

As Wizard said, those features are not part of the site. They are only visible as legacy items.
Being a paid subscribers gives you unlimited downloads and no ads.

Thanks for asking this question raegennight67. I ran into the same problem! Any reason why the code hasn't been pulled off the site, as this has created some confusion for a few of us (probably more than a few.) There's not much to go on in the Wiki regarding the administrative functions as a "Quick Read"...
Has the watch functionality sunsetted as well, but has not been deactivated? If not, what occurs when the functionality is triggered?
Is there an alternative to "favoriting" a skinner? Sorry--that one is probably painfully obvious in the community area.

Both of those features have been discontinued and are no longer available.
Give some details about what you were uploading, and when and maybe someone can help you with that.
