SoundPackager
Will not load

I just purchased the newest version of SoundPackager "SP" and am not having very good luck w/it. After first installing SP all was fine. I then went to the WinCustomize site to download some more sound themes. I downloaded one theme and then tried to apply it and then back it up as prompted by the program. It was then that the SP program crashed.
I've tried changing the compatibility, running as Administrator, and uninstalling/re-installing, but to no success.
I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP-1.
Anyone have a remedy?

Delete that theme from the directory. (likely C:\Users\Public\Documents\stardock\soundpackager )
Restart SP.
