My submission deleted

hey can someone tell me why my logon - Grass Glass was deleted from my skins and not accepted ? i had permission to make the converstion i can provide the original permission and yet it was waiting for 4 days only to be deleted ? man that sucks lol ! im not sure who to email directly so i guess i`ll have to post on here
