Tweety Bootskin

I seem to be having a bit of a problem trying to install "Tweety" bootskin. It states its installed but does not show up on the "Bootskin" list. Does anyone have any suggestions?

"its because the file attribs. are 640x479. Use a image program to resize the bitmap to 640x480 and it will work."
