WindowBlinds not skinning all...

I am using registered WindowBlinds 4.4 now. Before I was using and old version, but I completely uninstalled it and got this new version. Now whenever i apply a skin it skins everythign except for the wallpaper, and icons, they are still set to the old skin I had from old WindowBlinds.
Anyone have any idea's of whats wrong? Why isnt it skinning background and icons also? Plz need help.

Some authors include wallpapers with the windowblinds and some don't.
You might have your icons set to always use the icons you are seeing. This can be changed in windowblinds configuration to use icons in current skin. If the author did not include custom icons then windowblinds will use the default luna icons.
