Hard Drive Info In Custom Widget?

Hello all,
I'm in the process of learning how to make widgets and other stuff relating to Object Desktop. I thought that making a hard drive information widget with just a text display of free space or used space on my C drive would be a easy thing to start out on, but I've ran into a wall.
I have the picture that I want for it up and the label made up for it, but I don't have the slightest idea as to how I can get the free space or used space information to go along with the widget so that I can keep tabs on it? 
If anyone out there can help I'd greatly appreciate it. I've looked online via google and searched on here and didn't find my problem, but it may very well be somewhere and I just overlooked it. Thanks in advance, kiregar

I got help in the chat area, seems that I can't get it to display RPM's but it's a good idea anyways.
