Need help with Suites

i am using Theme Manager and when I go to the Suites page in Wincustomize to download a Suite, it is downloading a .zip file instead of a .Suite file and I don't know how to apply the new suite. It does not appear in the Theme Manager list of themes. Can someone help??

I can't do that. The file is built as a compressed zip file and I don't have the option to change the extension...

Right-click the file, Select Rename fro the menu, and rename the extension. When you get the warning about changing extesion, click OK. (.suite files are nothing more than renamed .zip files, as are most all file extensions for skinning apps) 
If you can't rename it because the file extensions aren't visible,............. in any folder, go to Tools > Folder Options > View tab, and uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types" > OK.

Try renaming the .zip to .suite.
