Screen Shots / Pictures, How do I post here?

I used to be able to paste a picture / screen shot into the message box. Paste does not appear on right click. Picture (I understand) needs to be posted on the web, and the URL included in the message boz.
So how do I go about putting pictures on the web? Can it be done on (my account).joeuser.com or (my account).wincustomize.com? What kind of site do I need to do this.
Help me out, please. Keep it fairly simple - I am older than Jafo so be kind to an old ..........
