Wincustomize User Level

To the Admins,
Sorry to bother, wanted to take advantage of the new 2k5 pages and found my user level was down to 3. I think it happened when I renewed my subscription to WC.
Anyways I did the cross reference thing and was told my level was now 4 but it always goes back to 3. Tried deleting cookies and most of the other obvious things.
Any help would be appretiated.

Your problem was reported to T-Man along with Black Xero's and China's. You're probably ok now.
