hey guys. u know the tool bar on top, where the close, minimize and mximise and the name of the folder is.
you knwo how you can right click on it, so the window can turn into a toolbar, and then u can right clik it again to maximize it. when i open some programs such as dvd2one and other programs, the toolbar is missing,
the close button is missing, the minimise and maximise . is there any patch to fix it or what.

sorry but, is it the program. is there any other program whihc windowblinds does except fir this error
