Sorry, but i'm not very experienced with skinning, Installing Icons Etc. I just downloaded this nice looking theme from this site

My windows wont open it, when I try opening the file, the ''Open with'' Window pops up. I guess Windows isn't recognizing the file?

Sorry, I assumed you knew that you needed WindowBlinds to use skins from the WindowBlinds library.
