Please Help Me To Restore My Icons!

I installed the trial/shareware/freeware versions of the entire suite of Stardock products. After playing around with it for a couple of days (and having it crash every 5 f**king seconds, I decided to get rid of it. Well lo and behold, it has hijacked all of my icons, exchanging the windows defaults for one of the themes. >
I've managed to restore the cursors, but my WinZip and Notepad (at least those are the last two that I've found) are still that of the old theme. Does anyone know a way to restore my default icons for these programs? Thanks. And sorry, gang, I don't mean to bash anyone (I'm sure this community is awful nice) but I think the program is absolute crap. Just for reference sake I'm running Windows XP Pro SP2. Thanks.

That worked! Well, at least for Notepad. Reinstalling Winzip restored the icons for that. I'm assuming WinZip has some sort of proprietary way of handling their icons. In either case, your advice was perfect. Thank you. See? I knew the community was a good one, even if I think the program isn't worth it's weight in salt. I'm willing to give it another try if anyone has any idea why it kept on crashing on me. WindowBlinds would crash on loading new themes, DesktopX would crash while loading new themes, and/or lockup. EVERY MP3 widget/object I tried would crash whenever I hit the next track button (including the K-TEK and K-Media ones that I heard such good things about). I just got too frustrated and decided to go back to StyleXP. I've never had a problem with that program even though it doesn't do as much. Ironic because Stardock bashes it as being a windows hack, but it works better than their program that is going to be in Longhorn. Go figure *shrug* Maybe it has to do with the fact that I'm running Service Pack 2? Any thoughts would be appreciated, because I'm willing to give it another shot. Okay, enough OT talk for me. Thanks again for the help.

Not trying to flame you in any way, just pointing out why people might not respond to you anymore, it's not cool to flame someone, then compliment them in another way right after. Just my two cents, good luck with your troubles.

I'm not flaming anyone, I'm just stating my experience with the program. Here's the scenario: You find this software that seems really cool, so you check out the community and look at the kind of support it has, etc. You find a reference that their competitor's software is crap, doesn't do as much, and is a hack anyways. Not getting discouraged, you try out the software anyway. The software crashes every 2 seconds so you decide to uninstall it. It's not what you thought it was, but if it worked right, it would be. Then you uninstall the software and it leaves traces of itself all over, and even screws with your system, altering it from what it was before you installed it. So then seeing as the community seemed to be pretty cool (see the top part) you ask for help on trying to fix what the software did (ruining your opinion of the software more) you get speedy help, and you thank the people that helped you out, praising the community.
The point is, I didn't flame someone, then compliment them in another way afterwards. In fact, I never flamed anyone to begin with. I said that the software was crap, because in my experience so far, it has been. I praised the community even in my first post, because they seemed a helpful bunch, and they are. So, sorry if you think otherwise, but any "flaming" that I did was just recalling my horrid experience with the software so far.
