I want to upload a screenshot HOW?

I saved it as a jpg. Should I use a photo hosting site to upload it? How do I upload the screen shot? Thanks!!

Hit print screen while you have your desktop showing and you can paste it into any paint program "windows paint will do".
Save as and a drop box will show, you then pick jpg.
