How to get fly-out menus??

I,m a technial idiot!!! Can anyone help me how to get this fly-out menus in OD+?? I must have miss it completly!!!

OK, but when I do nothings happend! A window will show and says " Flyout Menu" Title: My Computer, under that it says Folder wich is marked and than under that there is a "Custom Menu" and at the bottom I can change Icons! Please if you can guide me throu this I would be very Happy!! I told you that I'm a technical idiot!! Yes.yes stop Laughing!!
