where is quality control for malicous suites that are uploaded?

A person known as "nounours" submitted a theme called "New Longhorn" that completely corrupted and destroyed object desktop. Object bar is shot. When I attempt to load a different theme I have to hard boot my system to get it back.
WHY ISN'T SOMEONE MONITORING SUBMITTED SUITES THAT ARE MALICIOUS IN NATURE AND DESTROY OBJECT DESKTOP?

Hmmmm....think you might be overreacting otherwise this theme wouldn't have been around long enough to gather that many downloads. Follow all the directions given by the author and if you are still having problems with his suite you should try emailing him since he is the one that created it
