CursorFX goes to "not Responding" agter 3 seconds

I have just purchased CursorFX and installed it in Win7 Pro 32. It worked fine for a while and now when I open it it stops responding after 3 seconds. The animations stop nad the window grays out. I can download and applie cursors ok, but if I open the main program to choose another set it behaves this way? Any ideas?

Try setting it to run in Vista SP2 compatibility mode. See this thread. Reply #42 and #44. I had the same issue but I fixed it so long ago, I had forgotten about it.

Did you install any older cursors? Some will cause this. Try removing any you have installed since it last worked OK and see if it will work again.
