Logon Studio

Logon Studio wont start ,I get this error message "A device attached to the system is not functioning". I have Windows 7 Ultimate. What can I do to fix the problem...Tried uninstalling and re installing logon studio,but it didn't help...

When does that message appear? On launch of Logon Studio? What text appears in the TitleBar? Any other info in the message?
